I am selling this new Mexitop Automatic Natural Lip Plumper. This one is the pink version and it's new in the sealed box (plastic shrinkwrap does have a few minor cuts in it). This lip plumper has three speed control, oval and round shape, USB charging design, and intelligent pause function.

If there is a delay in the post office delivering your item, please contact me before opening an "Item Not Received" case. I will proceed to open a Missing Mail Search through the USPS and do my best to locate your item. Most of the time, within a week, the item will be scanned and delivered. If for some reason, the item can not be located I will refund, but PLEASE contact me first before opening an "Item Not Received" case.
If an item is delivered after a refund is issued, I will have Ebay submit an appeal for reimbursement since I can not resend an invoice as a Managed Payments seller.
