Vintage 80's Playboy Nylon Wallet

Tan and brown. Seems unused but the elastic is so old that it has lost all of its stretch. It needs to be cut off and could be replaced if you can find tan 1/4" elastic. I am confused about how the elastic bands were supposed to function even when new, it is not clear how this folds.
Extra large size 12" by 6", coil zipper, several pockets (only one will fit a credit card) and hook and loop closure coin pocket. Playboy trademark silkscreened or printed on. Late seventies early eighties
