Appears to be unused. No maker, brand, age, or origin stamped or tagged anywhere but nice and clean graphics of a belly dancer maybe. Detailed work. I believe it to be handmade if I’m not mistaken by the stitching and so forth. Acquired as is and sold as is from an estate. What you see is what you get.
